Here is my interview with Canada Court Watch taped only hours after we were locked out of Justice Weagant's courtroom on January 10, 2007.

transcripts were altered at the court at 311 Jarvis St. in Toronto,
Canada.
The altering of official court transcripts seems to becoming more of a regular complaint from many families involved in the family court system. Justice Marvin Zuker of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice got caught altering transcripts and even though altering court transcripts would be considered as a violation of the Criminal Code of Canada, Justice Zuker served no time.
This father's advice to all Canadians is to covertly audio record everyone involved in your family law matter - including your own lawyer.
If you are involved in the family court system and want to help protect yourself, never leave home without your electronic recording device on your person."

Justice Weagant locks his court room door!
The bizarre reality remains that on Jan 10, 2007 The Honorable Mr Justice 'Brian Weagant' locked me (and every other case on his docket that day) out of his court room at 311 Jarvis Street, Toronto until 10:30AM .
It is my opinion that it appears reasonable to form the opinion that Judge Brian Weagant locked his courtroom doors specifically that day because I brought a reporter from Canada Court Watch as my witness to His Worship's response since publishing SurviveDivorceCourt.com one month earlier on Dec. 7, 2006.
The main purpose of this website was to publish the fraudulent Ontario Court of Justice Audio to hopefully provoke a response to the significant corruption as listed in my May 4, 2006 Affidavit.
For the record, I published Justice Brian Weagant's court audio in spite of my fear of facing a $25,000.00 fine and/or up to six months in prison under the Ontario Courts Act.
This complex case of corruption is comprehensively captured in this 1oo minute video
which was originally published on December 7, 2006.
Now since the arrest of Michael Bryant has flagged me that he is no longer the Attorney General of Ontario - I want to appeal to the New Attorney General of Ontario to answer the serious questions about the blatant corruption in my case as listed in this website.

UPDATE
I have since moved out of Ontario on June 2, 2007 after Parental Alienation Syndrome (P.A.S.) was invoked as a divorce court tactic by the other side.
I could not bear to continue what had become a grueling yet successful 10 year fight to remain in my children's life under these new P.A.S. circumstances.
P.A.S. essentially transfers the fight between father and mother to between father and children and it is child abuse. I refuse to go there.
In reality, my children have nothing to do with the blatant corruption as found in Justice Brian Weagant's courtroom as exposed in this website but they are still essentially victims of it through P.A.S. - which is not the purpose of this website.
